Young & Yonder Straight Bourbon is a four-grain high-malt recipe that creates a wonderful balance of grain, malt, and oak character. Our Bourbon is aged in 30-gallon new charred American oak barrels for over 30 months and is non-chill filtered. Each batch is less than 600 bottles and is slowly proofed down to 93 with our four times filtered water. The result is a well-balanced, easy to drink west coast bourbon.
All California, non-GMO verified grains: yellow corn, malted rye, malted wheat, malted barley
Four-grain mash, grain-on fermentation, twice pot distilled, aged in new American Oak barrels
Appearance: Rich amber
Aroma: Maple, vanilla, fresh apples
Taste: Toasted oats, graham cracker, maple syrup
Finish: Warm honey, mild cinnamon
