Our Bourbon & Rye Series joins a small list of exceptional Irish single grain whiskeys on the market. This whiskey was distilled and matured for a minimum of 10 years. We carefully selected our rye cask component to offer an additional characteristic - the spiciness of a rye whiskey. It complements the vanilla, caramel and honey notes you expect from an ex-bourbon cask grain whiskey.

An aroma of juicy pear flesh and pecans intermingle with cinnamon spice. On the palate, this is further enhanced with candied walnut, cracked peppercorn & the rye spice. The finish is oily & long, with lemon, vanilla and clove spice.
