We use freshly-grated lime zest, fresh ginger, whole, toasted cloves, and allspice berries. The botanicals are allowed to infuse into overproof rum for the fullest expression of their lively flavors. This historical liqueur is then created by blending it with turbinado sugar used to make Maggie’s Farm rum."
