Gin Mare opens the door to a new variety of gins, with a novel pan-Mediterranean concept that unites the different cultures around the sea. Produced with botanicals sourced within the Mediterranean area, in addition to the traditional juniper, bitter orange peel, seville orange peel, lemon peel, cardamon, and coriander seed there are Arbequina olives, basil from Italy, rosemary from Turkey, and thyme from Greece.

Gin Mare is born from a pure Mediterranean environment with the distillery located in an acient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorado. Gin Mare is crafted using traditional Mediterranean techniques and rhythms, with the sole intention of creating a most exceptional gin: starting with its premium barley, on to its delicate maceration and the independent distilling of each plant (some, as in the case of citrus plants, take over a year to harmonize) through to the signature blending, allowing each plant to express itself in the end product.
