Full Curl straight bourbon whiskey is matured in new charred oak barrels for at least 2 years, evoking the bold vitality and broad range of the Rocky Mountain Bighorn. The rich flavor in the bourbon makes it a great spirit for mixing.
FC Bighorn Cocktail Recipe:
– served over ice
-2oz of FC whiskey (some of us liked it with 3oz of whiskey)
-1oz Aperol
– 2 dashes of orange bitters
– 2 dashes of black walnut bitters
– optional sage leave as a garnish

Tasting Notes Include:
Aroma – Toasted oak and warm corn, citrus and mild tobacco
Taste – Defiantly spirity, a subtle caramel essence aptly soothes an unexpectedly spicy jolt of dark orange and clove
Finish – Lasting and with warmth; steady notes of black pepper act as fine counterpart to lingering leather sweetness
Proof – 40% alc. by vol. 80 proof
