Atelier Vie is a craft distillery in New Orleans, founded by Jedd Haas to address the need for a greater variety of locally produced distilled spirits.

We are the first and only absinthe distillery in Louisiana and distill Toulouse Red, a “new school” American absinthe; and Toulouse Green, a traditional style green absinthe. Our Euphrosine Gin #9 is 2x Gold Medal winning in craft spirits competitions and has also been awarded Best in Category. Our Euphrosine Gin #9 Barrel-Finished Reserve is aged 9 months in freshly dumped American whiskey barrels and is superb for sipping and cocktail mixing.
